8:00   Policy Maker's Forum Candidates for U.S. Senate from Virginia have been       invited to share their views on nonprofits and regional issues.  Includes continental breakfast.

10:30 Break

10:45 Morning Plenary:  Moderated Panel addressing current regional issues.

11:45 Group Exercise: Will break out in small groups to address the question, "What should or could our community be doing to address the major issues as presented by the panel?"

12:15 Networking Break

12:45 Luncheon Keynote Address – Robert Egger

2:15   Afternoon Breakout Sessions:  Defining Services and Gaps

Five subject-specific breakout groups as follows:
(a) Human Services
(b) Workforce Development
(c) Health
(d) Arts, Culture, Environment, Historic Preservation
(e) Housing and Economic Development 
The breakout sessions will answer the questions:  Who does what?, Where is the overlap?, Where are the gaps?
